This 8-week course will be an examination of classical apologetical systems to determine their coherency and/or adequacy as defenses for the Christian faith. COURSE GOALS The purpose of this course is to enable the student to do the following: A. Study the history of Christian apologetics. B. Study the various methodologies employed in Christian apologetics. C. Provide analysis and evaluation of the various contemporary efforts in apologetics. D. Learn to develop a comprehensive approach to Christian apologetics.
