Purposeful Partnership Many couples in leadership feel disunified, unprepared, or reactive because of the relentless demands of family, ministry, and day to day life. This class will help to unify husbands and wives in leadership by equipping them with practical, Christian leadership skills so they can face the opportunities in front of them with a renewed sense of unity, purpose, and a plan together. Couples-Centric Approach Unlike most leadership training programs designed for individuals, this class is specifically for couples. It recognizes and embraces the unique dynamics and challenges couples face when leading together. Focused on Practical Leadership While couples experiencing marital difficulties can seek counseling, this program offers something distinct—practical, actionable strategies to help couples enhance their ability to lead together effectively, both at home and in their professional lives. This course starts on Wednesday, January 8 and ends on March 12, 2025.
