Who is Jesus Christ? Is it reasonable to believe that Jesus was truly divine? If so, what does it mean for us? This 8-week class will use a discussion format to encourage a clear and deep understanding of the gospel. Using John Stott’s classic book, Basic Christianity (provided the first day of class), we will seek to examine the historical facts on which Christianity stands, present a biblical portrait of Christ, and consider what it looks like to become and live as a Christian. The Basic Christianity class takes place in room 208 at 11:00 AM for eight weeks, beginning February 2, 2025. There is no cost to attend.
