Cancellation Policy

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early or travel delays. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply. We wish we could compensate our Retreat guests at The Lodge for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, illness, etc.), but we have costs already incurred when reserving The Lodge, meals, materials and speakers. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in case your plans change.

All cancellations need to be sent in writing, via email, to:

If YOU Cancel Your Reservation for a Retreat at The Lodge:

  • 21 Days or more prior to the start of the Retreat - receive a 100% refund.
  • 14 Days prior to the start of the Retreat - receive a transfer voucher to another Retreat at The Lodge. This will be a full monetary credit for a “like/same” retreat within that same calendar year as cancelled retreat date OR gift a couple with your voucher – transferring it to their names. (Note: same stipulations apply for use of the voucher.)
  • 13 to 0 Days prior to the start of the Retreat - we are so sorry, but there are no refunds or credits.

If WE Cancel Your Retreat at The Lodge, due to some unforeseen factors such as: weather, emergencies, or too few participants - we will refund all monies you have paid. We cannot, however, compensate you for airfare or travel costs, if incurred. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
