This opportunity is to serve by helping to facilitate the Sunday morning worship service livestream for the Troy campus by digitally hosting the service through the user chat. The purpose of the Digital Host team is to minister to those who are engaging with the worship service online by creating a welcoming environment, ministering to the various needs that may arise, and encouraging those who can to begin attending a worship service and/or ministry, in-person. We accomplish this purpose by warmly and proactively engaging in the chat, being thoughtful, wise, and discerning in our responses as we meet ministerial needs, and by intentionally inviting them to in-person ministry opportunities.
