On Sunday, November 16th starting at 11:30am, we have the opportunity to gather all of the boxes that have come in for our Thanksgiving Dinner Box drive AND for Operation Christmas Child.
Our time together will be spent sorting through and organizing the boxes for distribution. Lunch will be provided!
The Thanksgiving Boxes will be sorted through to make sure any financial donations are not left in the box. We'll also be placing devotional resources, gift cards to help them pay for a turkey, and other means of encouragement.
From there, we'll sort the boxes for distribution as half will be heading to the DreamCenter while the other half will be staying on-site at Troy for our distribution event on Saturday, November 22nd from 9:30am to 11:30am. The Operation Christmas Child boxes will be placed in moving cartons to be prepared to head to our designated drop-off location as they get ready to get into the hands of kids in needs across the world!
